Ramecks idea of "Giving Back' is giving your time, skills, money and help others to succeed. So they are giving other kids the Ujima mentoring program. He also explains other ways to "Give Back," for instance, helping kids read, sending kids to summer camp or even buy groceries for poor families. He sees many ways to give back to others. Like he says, when he was younger he needed and male figure in his life and he figures that he can mentor others to make good decisions and be successful.
Rameck's idea of giving back is when you give up something that you dont want to give up but have to. An example he gave was when he talked about football. He said that not everyone can be a quarterback on the team and you have to try out for something else and you might actually be good at it. He also talked about giving back to your family. Your parents do so much for you and then you repay the favor by finishing school and helping them out when they get old.

I strongly agree with him, because he inspired many others to do the right things like he did. That is a good idea too for people to doing it. Sharing what you have got about knowledge.

I agree with his idea because it really help other children knows that there is more to life then the hood.
